PART I - OVERTURE

The individual's right to rebel against the state can be deducted from the natural laws that govern the properties of matter. It is one of the most elementary rights of men and it can never be denied. It is because of this right that only the individual is ultimately and before God, responsible for his interaction with reality.
As is the case with all rights, exercising this right may become a duty.
