The laws of nature including the principles relating to the maintenance of all
live systems, which are based on the random mechanisms of homeo-stasis, are often more
apparent in reductions. Thus, the natural laws and mechanisms that dominate the
macro-biostate, which is the conglo-merate of all live systems on earth, are often more
readily apparent in the atoms and the micro-biostates which are cellular and
multi-cellular organisms. To the extend that natural laws dominating a micro-biostate
become apparent it becomes predictable and can be controlled. When generalising these
laws, applying them to the macro-biostate, comparable predictions will allow man to
control and thus determine the fate of nations and indeed of all humanity. Such control we
must achieve in our times. For it is in our times that the human macrobio-state will truly
grow into a single global organism. This global organism is now in it's infancy. But it
grows rapidly.
Thus, eons from now, thinking perhaps of the end of the second millennium, men will say:
"It was then, that we matured."
